John D. Race – Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Race is a Founder of the firm and sits on the firm's Management Committee. Mr. Race manages the daily operations of the firm and serves as the Co-Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Manager of the firm's Small Cap Value and Alternative Strategies disciplines, respectively, overseeing their portfolio management, research and trading functions. Prior to forming DePrince, Race & Zollo, Inc., Mr. Race was a Director, Partner and President of SunBank Capital Management. Prior to that, Mr. Race was employed by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Mr. Race received his Bachelor of Science in Business and Masters of Business Administration from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.

Benjamin R. Walker – Director of Research

Mr. Walker joined DePrince, Race & Zollo, Inc. in June 2005. Mr. Walker serves as the Director of Research for the Alternative Strategies. Mr. Walker was an intern at DePrince, Race & Zollo, Inc. for two years prior to joining the firm full time. Mr. Walker holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Mr. Walker received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Masters of Finance from Tulane University.

Nathan C. Rusbosin – Research Analyst

Mr. Rusbosin joined DePrince, Race & Zollo, Inc. in 2008. Mr. Rusbosin is a Research Analyst for the Alternative Strategies. Mr. Rusbosin was an intern at DePrince, Race & Zollo, Inc. prior to joining the firm full time. Mr. Rusbosin received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Masters of Business Administration from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.

Zachary J. Pancratz– Research Analyst

Mr. Pancratz joined DePrince, Race & Zollo Inc. in May 2010. Mr. Pancratz is a Research Analyst for the Alternative Strategies. Mr. Pancratz was an intern at DePrince, Race & Zollo Inc. prior to joining the firm full time. Mr. Pancratz received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Northern Illinois University and Masters of Business Administration from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
